1. The Municipality of Daanbantayan, through the Capital Outlay-Supplemental Budget No. 4, 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred Ten Pesos Only (P 543,510.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB-2024-12-84. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Daanbantayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by January 2024. Bidders should have completed, within 15 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
