1. The Municipality of Caraga, through the Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Thousand and Three Hundred Fifty Pesos only (Php1,004,350.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various IT Equipment for Various Offices of LGU Caraga 1st Quarter. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
