1) The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office-VII (BJMPRO-VII), through
the National Expenditures Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION
THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY
(PHP 7,376,650.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR
PDL FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY FY 2026 EPA. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
