1. The Municipality of Tuba, through the 5% LDRRMF for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php300,000.00) for the Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Other Supplies and Materials for Responders (MO-MDRRMO) with Project ID No.: 2025-03-036 being the ABC to payments under the contract for lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
