1. The Municipality of Tuba, through the Annual Budget CY 2025 for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (Php300,900.00) for the Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Other Supplies and Materials to be used during the OPLAN TAOB (MHSO) with Project ID No.: 2025-03-038 being the ABC to payments under the contract for lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
