Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE LOT 9MM (FMJ) AND 5.56MM BALL, (M193) AMMUNITION FOR FY 2026

1) The Police Regional Office 2, through the National Expenditures Program for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Five Thousand Pesos (Php7, 405,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One Lot 9MM (FMJ) and 5.56MM Ball, (M193) Ammunition for FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Police Regional Office 2 now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of 232,910 rounds of 9MM (FMJ) and 22,223 rounds of 5.56MM Ball, (M193) Ammunition for FY 20265, using Early Procurement Activities. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
