  The Local Government of Danao City, through the City Mayor-s Office intends to apply the sum of Php1,870,427.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Passenger Van Vehicle for the City Mayor-s Office-Permit Section of the CITY GOVERNMENT OF DANAO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening.
