Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Brand New Garbage Compactor for MENR Office
1. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 9,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Brand New Garbage Compactor for MENR Office/ Contract No. 2025 - 66. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Brand New Garbage Compactor for MENR Office. Delivery of the Goods is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
