1. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos Only (P 370,488.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies for Various Offices of the Municipality (HRM Office, MO-MADAC, Municipal Engineering Office and Municipal Treasurer-s Office)/ Contract No. 2025-31. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
