1. The Department of Education (DepEd) - Schools Division Office of San Pedro City, in accordance with the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) (RA 11975), Sub-ARO No. RO-4A-25-0268 allocates the sum of Twenty Three Million Six Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Six Pesos Only (₱23,698,656.00) as the ABC to payments under the contract for INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NUTRITIOUS FOOD PRODUCTS FOR SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM (SBFP) FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2025-2026 identified under Project Identification Number 2025-PB-001. Bids received exceeding the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
