1. The Municipality of Tuba, through the Annual Budget Cy 2025 for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and Fifty-Two Centavos (Php249,999.52) for the Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Milk for the Supplemental Feeding Program (MSWDO) with Project ID No.: 2025-03-037 being the ABC to payments under the contract for lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
