INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MHO MEDICINE AND DENTAL SUPPLIES

1. The Municipal Government of Sadanga, Mountain Province, through the Trust Fund (DOH Fund) of the LGU intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Five Pesos (Php 269,405.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract “MHO GOODS 2025-01: Supply and Delivery of MHO Medicine and Dental Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Sadanga, Mountain Province now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for 1 Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
