Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
MEDICINES FOR PHARMACY
IB NO. 2025-05-29-004 (02)
1. The Northwestern Cagayan General Hospital, through the General Appropriations
Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-One Pesos and 40/100 (Php 12, 754, 531.40)
being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of
Medicines for Pharmacy. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The Northwestern Cagayan General Hospital now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days after
the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3)
years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
