Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies for CY 2026 (Third Posting)

1. The DOH Treatment and Rehabilitation Center Bataan, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Thirty-Three Pesos and 10/100 (Php 139,033.10) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies for CY 2026 (Third Posting) with reference number PB 2025-021 (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOH Treatment and Rehabilitation Center Bataan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the date specified in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
