1. The Municipality of Tuba, through the Annual Budget CY 2025 for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php369,400.00) for the Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Medical, Dental and Laboratory supplies with Project ID No.: 2025-01-008 being the ABC to payments under the contract for lot.
