The Government of the Philippines (GOP) has received a Loan from the World Bank toward the cost of Support to Parcellation of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Mechanical Total Station as follows:

2. The Department of Agrarian Reform now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Mechanical Total Station. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
