1) The Climate Change Commission, through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 Budget for Supply and Delivery of Laptops Desktops and MS 365 Business Standards with Organizational Set-Up and End User Training intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Laptops Desktops and MS 365 Business Standards with Organizational Set-Up and End User Training. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Climate Change Commission now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Laptops Desktops and MS 365 Business Standards with Organizational Set-Up and End User Training .
