  The Local Government of Danao City, through the Sangguniang Panlungsod Office intends to apply the sum of Php775,318.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Furniture and Fixtures for the City Vice Mayor-s Office and SP Members Office of the CITY GOVERNMENT OF DANAO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening.
