Description : The Department of National Defense/Armed Forces of the Philippines, through the AFP Modernization Act Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Billion One Hundred Eighty-Nine Million Six Hundred Five Thousand Pesos
(PhP 1,189,605,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Force Protection Equipment (Ballistic Helmet) Acquisition Project of the Philippine Army. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The total quantity of Ballistic Helmet, to be procured as one (1) lot, is 47,584 units and is broken down as follows:
