  The Local Government of Danao City, through the City Information and Communication Technology Office intends to apply the sum of Php429,300.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Five (5) Units Laptop for the City Information and Communication Technology Office of the CITY GOVERNMENT OF DANAO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening.
