  SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ETHINYLESTRADIOL +
  LEVONORGESTREL UNDER IB NO. 26-09
  
  1) The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD),
  through the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Four Million
  Seven Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos and
  Seventy-Four Centavos Only (Php 4,793,592.74) being the Approved Budget for the
  Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of
  Ethinylestradiol + Levonorgestrel under IB No. 26-09. Bids received in excess of
  the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The DOH Bicol CHD now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Ethinylestradiol +
  Levonorgestrel under IB No. 26-09 using the Early Procurement Activity. Delivery of
  the Goods is required on the expected delivery date stated in Section VI, Schedule of
