SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ESSENTIAL AND NON-COM MEDICINE FOR RHU

1) The Municipality of Paete, Laguna, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of one million one hundred thirty-nine thousand seven hundred seventy-five pesos and 50/100 only (Php1,139,775.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of essential and non-com medicine for RHU with project ID number GP-029-25MEDICINES . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
