Description : 1) The Department of Justice (DOJ), as part of its Early Procurement Activities, through the National Expenditure Program for Fiscal Year 2026 (FY 2026), intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Two Pesos & 92/100 only (₱59,935,462.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Eight Hundred Forty-Two (842) units of Laptop Computers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DOJ now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Eight Hundred Forty-Two (842) units of Laptop Computers which will be delivered to various DOJ offices nationwide. Delivery of the Goods is within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years (December 2020 to December 2025) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
