1. The Department of National Defense (DND), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2025, intends to undertake the procurement for the Supply and Delivery of DND-Wide Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) Requirements for CY 2025 - Lot 1 (Sub-Lots 3 and 4) First Rebidding with a total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Two Billion Nine Hundred Sixty-Five Million Ninety Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Two and 75/100 (₱2,965,090,352.75) as approved by the Secretary of National Defense. Bids received in excess of the said amount shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
