The Department of National Defense (DND), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2024, intends to undertake the procurement for the Supply and Delivery of DND-Wide Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) Requirements for CY 2024 - Lot 1 in the amount of Eight Billion Seven Hundred Thirty-Eight Million Six Hundred Forty-One Thousand Twenty-Seven and 78/100 Pesos (₱8,738,641,027.78), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
