1. The Local Government Unit of Lawaan, through the 70% DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT (DRRM) Fund intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY PESOS (PHP 549,440.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DISASTER RISK REDUCTION EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND INVENTORIES FOR DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT (DRRM).Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
