1. The Department of Health - Center for Health Development - MIMAROPA, through the SAA No. 2024-03-001204 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Four Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos Only (Php 15,482,138.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Deltamethrin 20g/L / RBAC II-2024-022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
