INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
Supply and Delivery of Customized Pet Profiling System with RFID Syringes and RFID Scanner

1. The Municipality of Mambajao through the Bids and Awards Committee(BAC) intends to apply the sum of One million two hundred thousand pesos (Php 1,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. ______. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Mambajao now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Customized Pet Profiling System with RFID Syringes and RFID Scanner. Delivery of the goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
