The Barangay Government of Turayong, Cauayan City Isabela, through the 20% EDF Fund 2025, & Supplemental Fund , Barangay Fund, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS,(Php246,620.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 4-LAYER DRAINAGE CANAL WITH COVER, AT BARANGAY TURAYONG, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Government of Barangay Turayong, Cauayan City, Isabela, through the 20% EDF Fund 2025, & Supplemental Fund, Barangay Fund, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS (Php246,620.00) with Project Identification no. TURAYONG-CYN-PB-001-2025-DRAINAGE, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
