INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED AMMUNITION
FOR CY 2026
1) The Police Regional Office 10, through the National Expenditure Program FY 20261
intends to apply the sum Twelve Million One Hundred Thirty Thousand Four Hundred
Fifty Pesos (PhP12,130,450.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for
each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Police Regional Office 10 now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Assorted
Ammunition for CY 2026. using the Early Procurement Activity (EPA). Delivery of the
Goods is required 120 CD. Bidders should have completed, at least (five) years from the
date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description
