INVITATION TO BID
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ANTI-MICROBIAL MEDICINES
UNDER IB NO. 26-14
1) The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD),
through the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred
Ninety-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php 496,920.00) being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
Supply and Delivery of Anti-Microbial Medicines under IB No. 26-14. Bids received
in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DOH Bicol CHD now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Anti-Microbial
Medicines under IB No. 26-14 using the Early Procurement Activity. Delivery of the
Goods is required on the expected delivery date stated in Section VI, Schedule of
Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of
