INVITATION TO BID
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ANTI-HYPERTENSIVE MEDICINES
UNDER IB NO. 26-12
1) The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD),
through the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Six
Million Five Hundred One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos and Ninety-
Five Centavos Only (Php 36,501,859.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Anti-Hypertensive
Medicines under IB No. 26-12. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DOH Bicol CHD now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Anti-Hypertensive
Medicines under IB No. 26-12 using the Early Procurement Activity. Delivery of the
Goods is required on the expected delivery date stated in Section VI, Schedule of
