1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF OROQUIETA, through the OCM (SOCIAL SERVICES PROGRAM) - PEACE & ORDER PROGRAM - ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUG - BIDA PROGRAM - CAPITAL OUTLAY - MOTOR VEHICLE intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (P 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 1 Unit Passenger Van (2.8L Diesel, Color white, 2,600 - 2,800 cc displacement, 70 liters fuel capacity, 6-speed manual transmission, overall dimension of 5,265, x 1,950 x 1990 mm), for use in the conduct of the PDEA Anti-illegal Drug Operations with PR No. 100-02-25-00485.
