1. The City Government of Oroquieta, through the Supplemental Budget #2 CY 2025 - CEO - Capital Outlay - Motor Vehicles intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php1,650,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 1 Unit Brand New Motor Vehicle (Utility Van), including LTO Registration and GSIS Comprehensive Insurance, for office use with PR No. 100-07-25-01982. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
