INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF 1-YEAR LICENSE SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR THREE (3) SONICWALL FIREWALL APPLIANCES OF THE COURT OF APPEALS

1. The Court of Appeals through the Equipment and Software (MOOE) intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Two Pesos (₱1,889,462.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply of 1-Year License Subscriptions for Three (3) Sonicwall Firewall Appliances. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Court of Appeals through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 Days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
