INVITATION TO BID

1. The Municipality of Lemery, Iloilo, through MOOE intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (P278,300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Sound System, Stage Decoration, and Foods for Oath Taking Ceremony of New Set of Municipal Officials 2025-2028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Lemery, Iloilo now invites bids Sound System, Stage Decoration, and Foods for Oath Taking Ceremony of New Set of Municipal Officials 2025-2028. Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
