Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SECURITY SERVICES FY2026 (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)

1) The Climate Change Commission, through the National Expenditure Program of 2026 Budget for Security Services intends to apply the sum of Four Million Forty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos and Twenty-Eight Centavos (PhP4,045,253.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Security Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Climate Change Commission now invites bids for Security Services . Service is required Twelve (12) Months. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
