INVITATION TO SUBMIT OFFER
( NEGOTIATED SALE )

The GOVERNMENT SERVICE INSURANCE SYSTEM, through its Baguio Physical Resources Disposal Committee (PRDC), is inviting all interested parties to submit sealed offer for the sale through negotiation on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, of the following items:

One (1) Lot:
Various scrap or waste materials received from SBU Insurance claims such as, Motor Vehicle bumper, side doors, back doors, side fenders, lights/lamps, ball joint, bumper support/extension, bracket, fan blade, fender retainer, shock absorber, tie rod, condenser, rails, panels, moldings, bumper support, bumper grille, battery, tires, rims, other metal/plastic, etc.

Sealed offers shall be submitted at the Manager-s Office not later than 9:30 AM on July 21, 2025. Offer submitted shall be opened and conducted on a one-on-one basis starting at 10:00 AM at the GSIS Baguio, Manager-s Office, 1st Floor, PNR Compound, Marcoville, Baguio City.

Late offers shall not be accepted.
