INVITATION TO BID FOR ROBOTICS EQUIPMENT

1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF LEGAZPI, through the SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL FUND CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (P2,737,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Robotics Equipment SY 2025-2026 Secondary. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF LEGAZPI now invites bids for Robotics Equipment SY 2025-2026 Secondary. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
