The City Government of Valencia through its Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Five Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Pesos and 65/100 (Php 9,546,620.65) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Road Concreting at Sitio Buco, Barangay Banlag, Valencia City, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
