Description : Invitation to Bid for the Retrofitting of Academic Building (Y-Building Audio Visual Room)
1.The Mindanao State University - General Santos City (MSU-GSC), through the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE), intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos and 85/100 only (₱4,994,253.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Retrofitting of Academic Building (Y-Building Audio Visual Room) with Contract No. AB(Y-AVR)-005-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The MSU-GSC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regu...
