Description : Invitation to Bid for the Repair and Improvement of MYC Cottage 1 and 2 Comfort Rooms

1) The DSWD Field Office MIMAROPA, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Improvement of MYC Cottage 1 and 2 Comfort Rooms. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DSWD Field Office MIMAROPA now invites bids for the Repair and Improvement of MIMAROPA Youth Center Cottage 1 and 2 Comfort Rooms in Bansud, Oriental Mindoro. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twelve(112) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
