Invitation to Bid for
“Rehabilitation of Lighting System
(Phase 1) and General Facility Repairs”

1. The Department of Health - Bicol Center for Health Development, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Nine Pesos and Ninety-Nine Centavos Only (Php 1,300,379.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Rehabilitation of Lighting System (Phase 1) and General Facility Repairs” IB No.25-93. Bids received in excess of the total ABC and ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the financial proposal.

2. The DOH - Bicol CHD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days.
