1. The Barangay 03, Poblacion Salcedo Eastern Samar, through the Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of (One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only] (170,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for (The Rehabilitation / Construction of Drainage Canal and Road Expansion). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2 The Brgy. 03, POBLACION Salcedo E. Samar. now invites bids for the Rehabilitation / Construction of Drainage Canal, and Road Expansion. Delivery of the goods is required within 5 Calendar Days from the receipt of Notice to proceed, Biidders should have Completed within (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
