1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF LEGAZPI, through the GENERAL FUND CY2023 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Million Pesos Only (P70,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Pyrolysis Gasification System (Dual Chambers) complete w/ Emission Control Device, Automatic Feeding System, Shredder, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Air Pollution Monitoring System, Brick-Making Machine and Plant Building for Solid Waste Treatment & Disposal Facility. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
