The City Government of Valencia through its Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (Php 6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Two (2) Units Garbage Compactor. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
