The City Government of Valencia through its Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 1,778,000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Supplies for Float Competition and Street Dancing & Ground Presentation of the Kaamulan Festival 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
