The City Government of Valencia through its Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Ten Million One Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 10, 137,500.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Fuel for Government Vehicles Fuel (2nd Quarter 2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
