INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ANTI RABBIES VACCINE TO BE USED BY THE RHU, SAN LUIS, BATANGAS

1. The Local Government of San Luis, Batangas, through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 700,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Anti-Rabies Vaccine to be used by the RHU Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of San Luis, Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
