PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL, DENTAL & LABORATORY SUPPLIES

1. The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Four Pesos only (Php 758,844.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from General Fund - under 4411 - Medical, Dental & Laboratory Supplies Expenses, Municipal Government of San Teodoro, to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Medical, Dental & Laboratory Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of San Teodoro now invites to bid of medical, dental & laboratory supplies. Delivery of medical, dental & laboratory supplies is required within twenty five (25) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
